- Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
- For table service a tip of 15β20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

I was so excited to see this business open again and it didn't disappoint! All the dishes were so very good! I had the noodles with black bean sauce, a recommendation from one of the servers who was kind enough to describe several of the dishes I was unfamiliar with and it was delicious! It's a bit out of the way, but worth going to in person if you can. If you can't take out is also good!

To be honest, I was really hoping this place would serve up some good food. I went in expecting authentic Korean dishes, and luckily, it was. I ordered three different dishes, which brought my bill to about fifty dollars or more. As for the recommendable dishes, the Soondaeboo was a bit too fishy for my taste. I think it could benefit from being a touch sweeter. The black bean noodles were a bit disappointing, more oil than sauce, and the sauce was overwhelmed by the richness of the oil. Every bite felt heavy and greasy. If they could perfect their black bean sauce to be richer and more savory instead of oily, it would make a big difference. Also, the fried beef, pork, and chicken dishes could use some improvement; the portion sizes of the tansaeyook were small, and it wasnβt as crispy as Iβve enjoyed at other places. This isnβt meant to bash the restaurant, but I hope they see this feedback and aim to upgrade their recipes. With some tweaks, I believe they could attract even more customers, especially late at night. If they listen to customer feedback and refine their dishes, Iβd definitely give this place another shot. Until then, stay tuned for my next reviewβ¦

We just visited Asian Bistro for the first time and it will not be the last time. Between the seven of us we tried a range of dishes, including udon, sushi, bibimbap, shrimp dumplings, and chicken with broccoli β everything was great. The miso soup was perfect and we gladly received a little extra, along with edamame. We were treated to a delicious fish dish by the chef, which was excellent β light and crispy breading with tender, mild fish inside, a lovely treat that we will definitely return for. My understanding is that the restaurant has new owners and recently reopened, and it appears they did an interior renovation β the re is bright, spacious, spotless, and welcoming. One orders at the counter, but the staff and chef were also really attentive at the table, coming around to clear dishes and check on us β very conscientious and caring. Really great place! Weβre so happy we stopped in, and we will be back!

A no frills self service restaurant right next to the Princeton Junction train station. A great place to get a quick bite to eat either for lunch or before/after taking the train. It felt like home-style Korean/Asian cooking and a great spot for something quick and filling. The Coippino was only slightly spicy with lots of chewy noodles. The seafood pancake was crispy on the outside and fluffy and chewy in the center.

The bulgogi beef kimbap was tasty, I also enjoyed my beef bibimbap but I felt there was hardly any beef in it. My absolute favorite however was the pan fried pork! It was spicy, flavorful and hit the spot. I know what to go for next time. The service was fast and I liked how tidy the restaurant was. Great place for some comfort food!
